Handhelds desynchronizing from player after reload #5835

Short Description of the issue:

After rejoining my world, a handheld weapon (very large, covers 3/4 of my screen and is at least 2m long) stopped tracking me accurately and I could run away from it while still being in full control. It tracked somewhat but drifted further away, and collided with the ship I was in, sending it flying once I exited the ship. It seemed to in all ways physically exist at its location (also fired from its barrel correctly). Fixable by putting it down in an item stand and picking it back up.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Note: Unable to reproduce myself after testing various different variables.

Build a handheld (possibly a very large one, specifically?), have it in inventory, leave the world, rejoin, equip it. Possibly relevant to be in a tight space so that it collides.
