[Bug] cannot place Capacitator #5881

Hi there,

I cannot place Capacitators on any system block. However, I'm able to place the new Void Pearl Storage on any system block. The size of the system block doesn't matter.

*edit: Now that I think about it ... it would be funny if we could "overclock" the shields/ reactors with Void Pearl energy, therefore using more energy / generating more heat
