Short Description of the issue:

hi tsuna,

life support has emty tank and my character dies. now, i was in a endless loop because the medbay don´t heal O².

helpfull is if our charakter dies and restore in medbay that we get a full O² bar.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

-build a ship with life support and medbay -scan your character in medbay -waite that your life support is emty -let you die

Yes the die / respawn logic definitely needs some heavy tweak.
