cannot see dropdown menu items at my second monitor's native res of 1920x1200 #5994

Short Description of the issue:

happens everytime i launch the game and dropdown menu items appear to have white text, while the background is white, so they essentially become invisible sadly i have a feeling this might be a monitor specific issue ...

Steps to reproduce the issue:

after more messing around it appears that it is linked to resolution image seems to cause the text to either dissapear or turn white any other resolution is fine i am using a second monitor with 1920*1200 res ...

If you issue concerns a particular design please include any blueprint that could help to reproduce the issue. Blueprint folder is over at: %UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\Moonfire Entertainment\Starship EVO\Save_Data\Blueprints\

If you issue concerns a particular location please send your character save here: %UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\Moonfire Entertainment\Starship EVO\Save_Data\Characters\

You will need to zip the folder to upload it. To do so Right click and choose [Send to -> compressed zip file] then drag the .zip onto your report to upload it. since the issue persistent across reinstalls i was reccomended to attach persistent files

gonna try reinstalling the game and see if that fixes it reinstall fixes nothing validation did not work

https://drive.google.com/file/d/13NvZ4ZdP8HLijL4BTyEGS70cKyvuTYvg/view?usp=sharing here is a link cause github won't let me directly, if this is related is questionable, but sometimes even if i set it to 19201080 i reverts to 19201200 aka default, so far i could not seem to find a cause for this, seems to be a bit random ish, it might be a side effect?
