@najlitarvan Hi, somehow I cant see the video. Yes I think we could do with more mecanism. thx
@tsunamayo i guess discord link failed, here is the animation directly alongside some images of what i meant 0001-0120.webm in general space engineer's design for blocks would look nice or the rotator could just be a circle or an n-gon approximation of a circle maybe something like this, but without the screws and nuts and slightly simplified, in my opinion both the rotor and piston variants should be scalable in width and lenght, go give us more control, piston could imo have the ratios unlocked, but rotator will have to have the ratios locked
first idea: reverse rail https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/271723356795961345/1297165943113257053/0001-0120.webm?ex=6715982d&is=671446ad&hm=78eec984821960d79b92b0af648cbfce4e99fef8161bfe3111481302289ea9ed& currently the parent houses the rail part of the mechanism and the child has the cart this variant would have it opposite, the child would have the rail and the sldier would be mounted on the parent, would be a neat alternative to pistons shown in the aniamtion in the link second: telecoping piston exactly as name implies a telescoping piston, a good visual example would be space engineers, the current infinitely expanding piston is not exactly the best looking it would also be possible to slace it's lenght and width, to give it wider pistons, the max etension would not scale with this third: circular rotator this variant of the rotator would not be a square for a cylinder and as previous idea would be able to be scaled in the the lenght and width department
