Item Stand Violently shaking #6086

Short Description of the issue:

The removal of the item stand can cause some violent shaking.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

place an item stand, then place a handle. place a block on the handle, then delete the handle. then delete the block, and item stand, and witness the violent shaking produced.

@thatisjake Hi, I cant reproduce the bug. Where you in a place with gravity? Is there some spark with the shaking?

I was inside the habitat ring (close to the ground). I believe I also had it occur when I was above the gravity area of the habitat ring as well.
