Hover vehicle doesn't display the command on the HUD

Short Description of the issue:

My ships don't have this issue, but my hover doesn't show the label on the HUD, even when Custom is set to True

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Put a label on some command on the HV and use it, won't show on HUD.

Environment

• Starship EVO version: 24w46a
• Graphics Card: RTX4070 ti
