Update controller shortcut info. #107

Also added entry for auto-attack.

I was going to use 'Square/X', "Circle/B' etc. but then you run into a problem when you get down to speed hack:

'L3, then L1/R1/LB/RB'... or even further; 'L3/LS, then L1/R1/LB/RB'

So yeah, PS buttons only as it was before.
