[WIP] Enable native Steam support

• [x] Put new strings in resource and allow to translate
• [x] Get rid of the FF7 Launcher when clicking Play
• [x] Copy the ff7input.cfg on the right user steam folder
• [x] Copy ff7 saves from the steam user path in Crashlogs
• [x] Allow picking up manually ff7_en.exe in General Settings
• [x] Iron the automatic steamapps path detection
• [x] Add support for Audio sliders in Game Launcher
• [x] Ensure FFNx in installed when you click Save in General Settings
• [ ] Check compatibility with native 1998 since we do not convert anymore
• [ ] Cleanup dead code branches
• [ ] Ensure the Github Action checkout step fetches all commits in a PR, not only the last one
• [ ] Testing, testing, testing...
