Purpose of code changes on this branch: implement screenshots and "video" (more 
frequent screenshots) in the NodeJS WebDriver-based agent.

Committed as r1556. Followup r1557 + r1558 work around an SVN bug, where one of 
the dependent library files became a symlink.

At r1570 screenshots and videos mostly work -- the WPT UI shows the filmstrip, 
except the last frame. Also, possibly the frames where the page is larger than 
the visible browser area, would be all white. Pat is looking at it on the 
server.
