Reporting of bytes for SSL requests in Chrome is inaccurate #125

Looks like the bytes for HTTPS requests are not being reported:

Overall bytes are now accurate and per-request data is as accurate as reported 
by Chrome's dev tools (which in the case of SPDY is hit or miss)
