Add result details collapse/expand

[GoogleCodeExporter]

In "test details", instead of showing all the result details, hide them and 
expand on click.

E.g. replace:

  Request Details
  #  Resource ...
  1  http://foo.com/
  2  http://www.foo.com/
  3  http://www.foo....css/bar.css
  ...
  Request Headers
  Request 1:
    URL: ...
  Request 2:
    URL: ...
  Request 3:
    URL: ...
  ...

with:

   Request Details    <expand all>  <collapse all>
   #    Resource ...
   1  -http://foo.com/
             URL: ...
   2  +http://www.foo.com/
   3  +http://www.foo....css/bar.css
   ...
