Legends for waterfall & breakdown missing some events #157

details.php "waterfall_view" is hard-coded and doesn't include all events, e.g. 
csi, so:
   - Remove legend items that don't appear in the table
   - Show all items that do appear in the table

Ditto for "connection_view"

Also, perhaps related depending on how this is fixed, the filmstrip view's 
waterfall is missing this legend.
