Firefox 3.6 test screenshots sometimes include the address bar and chrome #60

When running tests on the Dulles FF 3.6 location, the address bar and 
surrounding chrome are sometimes included in the screenshots, and sometimes do 
not. 

Should be consistent for sure, and likely without the extra chrome.

With Firefox 3.6 not being available for download or updated any longer I'm not 
going to put effort into fixing this.
