Album art no longer embedded in FLAC files

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I need 600 x 600 pixel album art
2. I use QNAP (running Twonky) and Linn Kinsky
3. Ripping CD using XLD fails to show album art in Kinsky. It always used to. 

How about the reproducibility (always, sometimes, rarely, ...)?
Always

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of album art I see blank. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version. Macintosh.

Please provide any additional information below.
I've searched every site I could to determine problem. XLD seems to be the most 
likely cause.

And when I test Kinsky with foobar2000's DLNA server, it shows album art in 
FLAC without problem. So I guess it is a problem of the DLNA server.

It is also working with ReadyDLNA server on ReadyNAS.
