amazon services access key error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Clicking on spot for album art after loading a cd

How about the reproducibility (always, sometimes, rarely, ...)?
most always

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
search cover art window appears with error message which is truncated "your 
access key is not...." 
Is not what ? shouldnt i get the whole error message so i can figure out the 
issue? BTW I set up amazon keys correctly and entered them under preferences

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MAC OSX 10.7.5
