Tempo Changed after convert #172

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. .bin + cue to .aiff

How about the reproducibility (always, sometimes, rarely, ...)?
Always

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tempo should be same but tempo has been changed after convert process.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 20130407 (143.0)
Mac OS 10.8.3 (Mountain Lion)

Also there some problem with cue file because songs beginning and end is 
different. It mix up two songs in one track.

Well, you have to specify the sampling rate properly when opening .bin files.

I am sorry i did not notice that. It was 48000 and now i changed to 44100.
Problem solved.

So will it change that mix up track issue as well?
