Option to force eject even if inconsistencies are found #227

It would be great if there was an option to force eject, even if some 
inconsistencies are found and even better if you could set threshold values for 
the various inconsistencies, I.e. if it passes accurate rip, but has some retry 
or damage sectors, let it pass and eject.  This would be particularly useful 
for batch ripping.
