Overread into the Lead-In and Lead-Out #246

I realize that there are not many optical drives that support this feature, but 
it would be a great option to have for those of us with a drive that does 
support this feature. The option to overread into the lead-in or lead-out would 
help provide a more accurate rip after taking into account the drives read 
offset value.
