XLD will not open/convert .ogg

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. drag .ogg file onto XLD
2. nothing happens
3.

How about the reproducibility (always, sometimes, rarely, ...)?

always

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

expected out would be conversion progress window, there is no response at all 
from the software

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

OSX version Version 20131102 (145.0)
Running on Mavericks 10.9.3 Build 13D45a
