Better normalisation support for ALAC #256

Currently XLD appears to have no support for normalisation. It would be nice if:
1) iTuneNorm tag could be set for use in iTunes and idevices
2) replaygain metadata could be set for use in other players

I wasn't certain that this was possible but I have been able to achieve this 
with dbpoweramp. I would much prefer to use XLD

Sorry, I did intend to make that an enhancement not a defect. Can that be 
changed?
