Segmentation fault using command line XLD with Yosemite DP6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt any form of conversion using the XLD command line. eg. "xld -f alac 
-o ~/test.mp4 ~/test.flac"

How about the reproducibility (always, sometimes, rarely, ...)?
Always.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected output would be a converted file. Instead I see:

/usr/local/bin/xld: line 11: 36943 Segmentation fault: 11  
"${XLD_APP}/Contents/MacOS/XLD" --cmdline "$@"

(all paths have been checked and are valid. command was working pre-DP6, with 
no changes)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XLD 20140504
Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite DP6 (14A329f)
Tested on two separate machines using existing install, and then a fresh 
install of XLD to be sure.

Please provide any additional information below.
The normal XLD app, using the GUI is still working / converting without issues. 
Could there have been a change to how arguments are passed in Yosemite?

I realize Yosemite is in beta, but hopefully you can resolve this issue before 
it hits the world at large.
