In Section 10 I see:

>> UDP options MUST be interpreted in the order in which they occur in the surplus area.

However, options can also appear in fragments, where they "are processed before the fragment is included in the reassembled datagram."

Proposed replacement text:

>> UDP options MUST be interpreted in the order in which they occur in the surplus area or in the options area of a UDP fragment (see Section 11.4)

The text in the editor's copy of -33 now reads:

>> UDP options MUST be interpreted in the order in which they occur in the surplus area or, in the case of UDP fragments, in the order in which they appear in the UDP fragment option area (see Section 11.4).
