Which MP-DCCP version is specified in the document? #238

The document discusses the possibility of having different versions of 
MPDCCP, but it is not clear which version is specified by the document. 
Is it version 0 ? Is so, then let's stick to version 0 and explain how 
version 1 could be defined and negotiated. Figure 4 is miselading for me.

https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-ietf-tsvwg-multipath-dccp-09.html#name-multipath-capable-feature specifies that the document refers to version 0:

Multipath Capable feature (MP_CAPABLE) has feature number 10 and has length of one-byte. The leftmost four bits are used to specify a compatible version of the MP-DCCP implementation (0000 for this specification).
