Controls not working #26

I used to play pokemon red on my calculator and the game was working fine. Until when I downloaded a new game, Pokemon Silver GBC and my controls won't work. I tried to uninstall prizoop and pokemon silver but it didnt work. Please helllllp

To put it simply, I cannot get past the title screen as my controls are not responding but all the buttons work normally.
