Same issue as #869, the user should be able to freely add valid dates whenever he/she wants. It is not a missing date checker.

Deadline accepts past year (Date from the past)
Given deadline is for future events, dates from past years can be added without restriction/warning.
Steps To Reproduce
/deadline/add asdjadmsakdmkassda /by 30-12-2012
Expected
Prompt or restriction that prevent user from adding deadlines that is from the past (compared to current time)
Actual
User can add deadlines which have past

While we accept that there could be a reminder to the user when adding past dates, it could also serve as a reminder for the user that there is an overdue task which has yet to be completed. The deadline list serves like a task todo list where users can freely add what task they want and when they want the due date to be.
