PR Description

Changes:

  1. Adjust Navigation Width on Mobile:

    • Reduced the width of the navigation menu on mobile devices to enhance user experience.

  2. Remove All will-change CSS Properties:

    • Deleted all will-change properties to prevent issues with child element positioning.

  3. Add New Popover Component:

    • Introduced a new Popover component for displaying additional information within the page.

  4. Improve Blog Post Page Code with useContext:

    • Utilized useContext for state management to improve code readability and maintainability in the blog post page.

  5. Add Table of Contents for Mobile Devices:

    • Added a dedicated table of contents for mobile users, ensuring easy navigation on smaller screens.
