open the Design Explorer hosted on Google Drive only when using data from Google Drive.

Just tested @MingboPeng 's latest --- all is working super well! Google drive works again (and without an ugly URL!), S3 hosting works, and static links for both are smooth. Excellent work @MingboPeng !!!
