Revit 2016 testing #105

We just did a quick test on Revit 2016, and saw that a number of nodes that set parameter values were not working (element.get_parameter is obsolete in 2016!) ...

Do a complete set of tests on top of Revit 2016, and create issues for any more bugs.

There is another bug.

"SurfaceId" result is missing in PrepareEnergyModel.CreateByMassLevels node. prepareenergymodel node
