Logic for Zone Creation #75

Colin, sent a list of issues with zone creation in Revit. Most of them are out of our control and should get fixed on Revit side. My understanding is that the new approach in Revit is zoning based on spaces and not perimeter/core approach. The minimum that we can do at this point is to open up some controls such as perimeter depth.

I added two new inputs to control depth and divide control. I'm not sure how but I think we should find a way to be able to change these values in the levels of zones and not the project!
