failure of the external command in revit #23

Hello dea, I had a problem when exporting file from revit addin spectacles!! Reit tell me failure of the external command in revit! whats wrong? i have frllowed all structural set up

I have the same problem. It works on 2017, but when i try it in 2018 it gives me same error.
