All need to be included in the design report: Video Link; ERD; List of database schema (table names & attributes) with an explanation on how it translates to ERD; Analysis showing database schema is in third form; list and explanation of the database queries.

ERD fully represents the data of interest - This then is translated directly into the database schema
Table design(schema) and normalisation
Database is in 3rd normal form
Source code (zip file)
Video
Voice over narration, show each & every capability listed in the order it is listed in the design brief.
Video flashes between capability (code or interface) and the visual list.
Video uploaded to YouTube and made unlisted.
