Metadata is out of date - new Oman phone numbers not working in this library, but work on Google demo #88

Same issue as https://github.com/giggsey/libphonenumber-for-php/issues/293

We are using the library to identify the phones from Oman, these are valid numbers (we called them) but the library doesn't recognize them as a valid number.
