Access is denied #116

I tried to run it in command prompt with my home ip address and windows 10 interrupted it with the ‘This app can’t run on your PC’ pop up and and after clicking close it then said access denied. Either it can not run in windows 10 or it was incompatible. In case if you are wondering I am running Windows 10 22H2 or later.
