... you are doing it incorrectly. 127.0.0.1 = localhost, so your making your windows 95/98/2000 look for itself, its not running as a server so it wont work. You have to do it like this, press Win + R and type in there cmd and press ok, then type in that black box ipconfig and look for the wifi adapter that you use, then get the IPv4 address and type it in your vm.
