Improve links to model #317

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copy a model URL http://oryx-editor.org/backend/poem/model/1424/self
2. Remove "/self"
3. Paste into browser

What is the expected output?
a) A list of possible representations as shown in the "Export" group at the
repository. 
b) The oryx repository showing a single model, which is selected. The
single model should be the model given at the URL :)

What do you see instead?
Blank page

Please provide any additional information below.
In cas I want to send a reference of a model to someone else, I want to
send him the model's "base-URL"  instead of forcing him to use a specific
representation (e.g. PDF).
