Build system contribution #428

What is the feature desired?
A new build system that allows Oryx to be more efficient and let people run the 
editor directly from 
Eclipse.

Why is this feature important?
This feature will help the packaging of Oryx as an OSGi web application or as a 
war.

Attached is the build system used on http://github.com/intalio/process-designer.

It's not a practical patch to apply to Oryx as is: it requires some refactoring 
on the Oryx codebase to work well 
with buildr. I attach those files for discussion.
