Missing git submodules #3

In the initial repository, there was git submodules pointing to mpsl and mpdm repositories. It seems they are gone now. Can you reinstantiate them ?

The commands are:

git submodule add https://github.com/ttcdt/mpsl.git
git submodule add https://github.com/ttcdt/mpdm.git
