Add the ability to use only one instance #33

This should be an option on mp.mpsl file to enable it or not.

Let me describe: if one instance of mp is currently running then if the user opening new files with mp from Windows Explorer then these files will be opened in the existing mp instance instead of launching new mp instances like what it currently does.
