Clicking F4 is causing it to close program due to error #3

I tried basic tutorial for pixellate and pressed F4. There was an error showing Cascade has stopped working The same happened even when I just loaded the image and wanted to see the output.

image OS: Windows 11. Cascade version: 0.2.0

Can you post the contents of the log file after the crash?
