Add LXC: Fooocus

Description

Fooocus is an image-generating software (based on Gradio).

Type of change

This software requires an Nvidia GPU pass-through and Nvidia drivers installed. It also requires quite a bit of resources, at least 10 GiB of RAM, and a drive of at least 20 GiB. For those reasons, I am sure you are not interested but I am proposing it anyway.
