Created a helper script for immich

I wanted to make you aware that I am meticulous when it comes to merging code into the main branch, so please don't take it personally if I reject your request.

Hi tteck, I'm a great fan of your work. I have been following the immich project for a while and wanted to create a native LXC for it. There seems to be demand for it https://github.com/tteck/Proxmox/discussions/1096. Based on the last post by @loeeeee, I used your helper scripts to work out a Proxmox installer. It successfully installs on an Ubuntu 24.04 LXC.

I am hoping this catches your attention and we can work out a proper script that you can host on your site.

I am fully aware that this is quite a massive install so it will take a lot of scrutiny and tinkering to get it right.

In case you reject this pull request, could you please indicate what I can improve so I can work on it?
