Update the ZIP extracted from 7.15.2 to 7.15.3, keeping it up to date in the stable branch of the routerOS

Description

I changed the version number to reflect the update to the latest stable release.

Fixes # (issue) Updates microtik routerOS from 7.15.2 to 7.15.3 to keep within the stable branch of the OS.
