feat: free games claimer LXC

I wanted to make you aware that I am meticulous when it comes to merging code into the main branch, so please don't take it personally if I reject your request.

Description

This PR adds a new script for creating a Free Games Claimer (FGC) LXC. The script will install FGC and its dependencies and will create cronjobs for claiming GOG and Epic Games

Please note that an initial setup is needed - instructions are printed to the console when script finishes

Thank you for submitting the script and for your interest in contributing to the project. I appreciate the effort you’ve put into it. I’ve decided not to include this particular one due to the lack of personal interest.

This automates the acquisition of entertainment and media titles within a user's homelab... the main departure from the other *arr apps here is entirely legal and free manner that this app operates in. If it stands up to the same quality standards as all the other scripts under Media - Photo shouldn't it also be included? mytwocents
