Pushback doesn't work with Microsoft programs #108

'Push windows back with middle mouse button on title bar' works great on my Windows 7 x64 system - but has no effect on the Microsoft programs I have tested: MS Outlook 2013, MS Word 2013, MS Excel 2013, MS Internet Explorer 11.

Confirmed here - same config (Win7 64-bit using Office 2013 applications). I've tried different themes (dark grey, light grey, etc). These applications don't appear to have a conventional titlebar attached to them.

Interestingly Chrome (which also doesn't have a normal-looking titlebar - it's much thinner) can be pushed to the background with the middle mouse button.
