Window does not maximize on first double click on titlebar #85

When a maximized window is resized (so it becomes unmaximized) then the first double-click on the titlebar of that window (which should re-maximize the window) has no effect.

This only happens on XP, it seems. Cause: Alt activates the menu, and the first click of the double-click deactivates the menu again and is thus not counted.
