Various issues when using Spotify source #13

When configured to use Spotify as the media player:

[x] The visualizer and volume control remain active when Spotify isn't open - commit 20fc098cead95493a1917a7a247f8d964d41a122
[x] The update rates become inconsistent - commit 1bb0e29ce2f60b5bb91c8c551e1a54b58b416214

Other:

[x] Source states are unintentionally changing when refreshing skin - commit 3a517358d909fdff2f5ff2ba0727ab00b174aaaf
