Ability to specify custom srg files #20

From what I can tell, you are locked into picking a mapping version from the gradle cache. The ability to point BON to a custom srg file would be nice for niche cases.

Don't know why you would want to, but I don't see how this would hurt anything.

Currently you could "trick" BON2 by creating some .csv files in the folders it's already looking in ($GRADLE_HOME/.gradle)
