Even when I refresh, I don't get anything. I know someone has already asked this, but I am very new to this and didn't understand. I'm doing it for forge version 1.12.2

colmalle commented 4 years ago

I get this too. Any way to fix it?

Kirik985 commented 3 years ago

Me too, please, fix.

It seems like the official author, @tterrag1098, has abandoned this project. However, LexManos (the creator of Forge) has published fixes for this issue here in this pull request: https://github.com/tterrag1098/BON2/pull/48

When you build the application from the fixed source, everything works,

tterrag1098 commented 3 years ago

It's not abandoned, and it definitely works. The list of versions relies on what you have in your Gradle cache. If you have none, use the download feature.

NebelNidas commented 3 years ago

Ah, ok, then I misunderstood the issue the persons above described. But if it's not abandoned, why don't you merge Lex's PR?

I cannot get the download feature to work. It launches with a 502 error. I'm also not sure how to add versions to the gradle cache.

Don't read further, look at #55, someone already fixed the downloading feature. But his compiled jar has an error, so I fixed the error that was left. Here is the new compiled jar: libs.zip

you can download the old mcpbot mappings from here, as it has been decommissioned https://github.com/ModCoderPack/MCPMappingsArchive and put them in %userprofile%\.gradle\caches\minecraft\de\oceanlabs\mcp. Be sure not to download the nodoc versions as bon2 has problems with those. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think you can also download the accurate version's MDK from forge and go through a setup once to cache the mcp mappings
