Update to latest forge #45

This PR brings the fluid changes, client refactors and forge renames into Registrate.

May have an issue in prod, working on it Nevermind, all looks good.

I'm not sure registrate should have any function for interactions on second look, sometimes interactions will involve this fluid and another, and sometimes we'd want to add dispenser functionality but I feel like that might be a better thing for the mod developer to cover.
